Ingredients

  • 1 (2-3 lb) pork loin roast
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Mix together mustard, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  3. Place pork roast in a baking dish and spread mustard mixture over the top and sides of the roast.

  4. Roast in the oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached.

  5. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
