Ingredients

  • 1 (2 lb) pork loin roast
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.

  3. Place pork roast in a roasting pan and brush with the teriyaki-pineapple glaze.

  4. Roast for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes with the glaze.

  5. Brush the pork roast with any remaining glaze and increase oven temperature to 425°F. Roast for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

  6. Let the pork roast rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving with any extra glaze.
