How To Make Honey Glazed Pork Roast
Tender pork roast with a sweet and sticky honey glaze, perfect for a cozy dinner with family or friends.

Ingredients
- 2 lb pork loin roast
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt and pepper.

Place pork loin in a roasting pan and brush the glaze over it, making sure to coat it all over.

Roast pork in the oven for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.

Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
