  • 2 lb smoked whitefish, whole or fillets
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • lemon zest, (from 1 lemon)
  • salt and pepper, to taste

To Serve:

  • lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Peel the skin off from the whitefish. Use a fork to pull the fish meat from the bones then discard any remaining tiny bones.
  2. Transfer the fish meat into the food processor bowl.
