  • 2 lb smoked whitefish, whole or fillets
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp celery seeds

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • lemon juice, freshly squeezed, (from 1 lemon)
  • lemon zest, (from 1 lemon)
  • salt and pepper, to taste

To Serve:

  • lemon wedges
