How To Make Filipino BBQ Pork Skewers
Make everyone say wow at your next BBQ party by trying these Filipino-style BBQ pork skewers! It’s easy to make and it can also be used on beef or chicken!

Serves:
Ingredients
- 2½lbspork country style ribs,all fat trimmed, cut into 1″x1″ cubes
For Marinade:
- 6oz7-Up
- ½cupsoy sauce
- ½cupwhite vinegar
- 1lemon,juice of
- ⅓cupbrown sugar
- 6clovesgarlic,crushed
- 1tspblack pepper
- crushed red pepper flakes,optional
Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a large, non-reactive bowl and marinate the meat overnight.

If using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least an hour so they don’t burn on the grill.

Thread the meat onto the skewers and grill.

Discard unused marinade.
