How To Make Pork Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes before use

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

  2. Add the pork cubes to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Preheat the grill or heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Thread the marinated pork cubes onto soaked bamboo skewers.

  5. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and slightly charred.

  6. Serve the pork skewers hot and enjoy!
