These tomato skewers with mozzarella cheese and basil leaves are the perfect finger food appetizers to serve to guests at dinner parties! Easy and tasty.

- 16bamboo skewers
- 48grape tomatoes
- 48smallbasil leaves
- 1lbfresh mozzarella,cut into thirty-two 1-inch cubes
- 3tbspolive oil
- 1tbspbalsamic vinegar
- salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic, salt, and pepper.

Marinate mozzarella in dressing for about 30 minutes.

Thread tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella onto skewers.
