How To Make Gin Negroni
This classic negroni recipe is quite a refresher before the night really starts. Serve it with ice and stir it well. We’d avoid shaking it if we were you.

Ingredients
- 2largeice cubes
- 2ozdry gin
- 2ozbitter red liqueursuch as Campari
- 2ozsweet vermouth
- 2orange peelswithout pith, for garnish
Instructions

Place a large ice cube in each of 2 lowball glasses.

To each glass, add 1 ounce gin, 1 ounce bitter red liqueur, and 1 ounce vermouth. Stir until chilled, about 15 seconds.

Garnish each glass with an orange peel and serve immediately.
