How To Make Southern Comfort Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 lg. frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 can frozen daiquiri mix
  • ¾ cup lemon juice
  • ½ liter ginger ale
  • 5 bottle Southern Comfort Whiskey , to taste

Lemonade Ice Ring:

  • 2 lemons, sliced round
  • 1 orange, sliced round
  • 2 limes, sliced round
  • 1 small maraschino cherries
  • 1 quart lemonade
  • 1 sprig mint, optional

Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine orange juice concentrate, banana daiquiri mix and lemon juice.
  2. Stir to blend.
  3. Slowly add ginger ale.
  4. Remove excess foam with a spoon and stir in Southern Comfort.
  5. Add lemonade ice ring.
  6. To make lemonade ice ring, in a round mold, place some sliced lemons, oranges and lime rings in the bottom.
  7. Place cherries in the center of the orange rings.
  8. Slowly add lemonade just to cover. Freeze.

  9. Remove mold from freezer and add more fruit and mint leaves.
  10. Slowly fill with lemonade and freeze again.
  11. Place frozen ice ring in punch.
