Ingredients

  • fl oz tequila
  • 1 fl oz lime juice
  • fl oz triple sec
  • 1 cup ice cubes

For Garnishing:

  • lime wedge optional
  • salt for rim, optional

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add in the ice, tequila, triple sec, and lime juice.

  2. Blend for two minutes or until mixture is smooth.

  3. If desired, add salt to the rim of a chilled margarita glass by turning the glass over onto a plate of salt.

  4. Then pour in the frozen mix into the chilled glass.

  5. Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim, and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

  • For a thicker consistency, you may add in one ice cube at time. However, if you prefer a thinner mix, try adding a few tablespoons more of lime juice.
