
How To Make Scooby Snack Shot
Start your parties with this Scooby snack shot recipe. Coconut rum mixed with melon liqueur and topped with whipped cream in a small refreshing drink.
Ingredients
- 2 oz coconut rum
- 3 oz melon liqueur
- ½ oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz heavy cream
- ice cubes
- whipped cream , for garnish
- pineapple chunks, optional, for garnish
Instructions
- Pour the coconut rum, melon liqueur, pineapple juice and heavy cream into a cocktail shaker. Add the ice cubes and cover with the lid.
- In a cocktail shaker add coconut rum, melon liqueur, pineapple juice, and heavy cream. Then add the ice cubes. Secure and cover with the lid.
- Intensely shake for about 5 seconds.
- Pour contents into 3 shot glasses. Serve immediately. Garnish with pineapple chunks if preferred or available.
