How To Make Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Pita Chips

This colorful fruit salsa is bursting with flavors of fresh apples, tart berries, and sweet mango, and is served with crunchy cinnamon-dusted pita chips!

Ingredients

  • 1lbstrawberries,diced
  • 2granny smith apples,diced
  • 2kiwis,diced
  • ½cupblueberries,diced
  • 1mango,diced
  • 2tbspsugar
  • ½lemon juice
  • 8flour tortillas
  • 2tbspbutter,melted
  • ¼cupsugar
  • 1tbspcinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the strawberries, apples, kiwis, blueberries, mango, sugar and lemon juice.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  3. Lay the tortillas in a single layer and brush with the butter. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top.

  4. Using a pizza cutter, cut the tortillas into triangles and lay on a single layer on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until they become crisp.

  6. Serve chips with the fruit salsa, and enjoy!
