Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese until well blended.
  3. Add in red onion, garlic, artichokes, and spinach.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased 9-inch oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, or sliced baguette.
