  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh tarragon finely chopped
  • 4 fresh tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • extra tarragon sprigs extra tarragon sprigs


  1. Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the garlic for 1 minute. Afterward, add the tarragon and tomatoes and stir for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Add the chicken broth and salt and pepper. Heat the ingredients thoroughly over medium heat for several minutes.

  3. Lastly, stir in the sour cream and pour the mixture into bowls. Garnish each bowl with tarragon sprigs and fresh ground pepper then serve. Enjoy!
