
How To Make Honey BBQ Sauce
Make your favorite grilled dishes more appetizing with this honey bbq sauce. It’s tossed with honey, ketchup, and apple cider vinegar for a flavorful sauce.

Ingredients
- 1white onion,diced, medium
- 3garlic cloves,roughly chopped
- ½cupwater
- 2cupsketchup
- 1cupapple cider vinegar
- 1cuphoney
- 1tspdry mustard powder
- 1tspkosher salt
- 1tspfreshly ground black pepper
Instructions

In a large, shallow saucepan, combine the onion, garlic, and water.

Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until the onion is translucent and softened.

Add the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, honey, and mustard powder.

Continue cooking for 20 minutes until the sauce is thickened. Season with salt and pepper.

Remove the pan from the heat.

Using an immersion blender, puree the sauce until smooth.

Let cool completely for 25 minutes.
