Savor a refreshing & herbed dish with this copycat Olive Garden bruschetta recipe. The tangy tomatoes and salty cheese lend yummy flavors.

  • cups tomatoes, ripe, finely diced 
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, minced
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 ciabatta bread, or Italian bread, sliced into 10 pieces
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated

For Garnish:

  • basil leaf


  1. Toss diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and salt in a medium bowl.

  2. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

  3. Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over each bread slice.

  4. Bake for 5 minutes or until bread is starting to crisp.

  5. Pour tomato mixture into a serving dish and serve alongside the toasted bread slices.
