  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tbsp heather honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden and crisp.

  4. Flip the salmon fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the heather honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic.

  6. Remove the salmon fillets from the skillet and drizzle the heather honey dressing over each fillet.

  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
