Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of beef short ribs
  • 1/2 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Place the short ribs in the Instant Pot.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and grated ginger.

  3. Pour the marinade over the short ribs in the Instant Pot, ensuring they are fully coated.

  4. Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set the valve to the sealing position.

  5. Cook on high pressure for 35 minutes.

  6. Once the cooking time is complete, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.

  7. Carefully remove the short ribs from the Instant Pot and place them on a serving platter.

  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
