Copycat Olive Garden Shrimp Pasta Recipe

This shrimp pasta is packed with marinated tomato that adds a fresh taste to a simple dish. Marinate them for an hour or more, but they’ll still pack a punch. Paired with shrimp, you can’t go wrong!

How To Make Copycat Olive Garden Shrimp Pasta

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 1 ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan
  • 1 lb. angel hair pasta
  • 2 cup mozzarella (shredded)
  • 1 lb. shrimp (deveined and peeled)

Marinated tomatoes

  • 1 ½ lb. roma tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  1. Combine tomatoes with basil, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper and mix thoroughly.
  2. Set aside for 1 hour to let marinate.
  3. Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions and set aside.
  4. In a large skillet heat butter then stir in wine and bring to a boil.
  5. Once boiling add heavy cream and Parmesan then let simmer to desired consistency.
  6. Add in pasta and marinated tomatoes and stir until pasta is completely coated in sauce.
  7. Cook shrimp and add it to the mixture then sprinkle cheese on top and melt it.
