How To Make Copycat Olive Garden Shrimp Pasta
- 2 tbsp. butter
- ½ cup white wine
- 1 ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan
- 1 lb. angel hair pasta
- 2 cup mozzarella (shredded)
- 1 lb. shrimp (deveined and peeled)
Marinated tomatoes
- 1 ½ lb. roma tomatoes (diced)
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- Combine tomatoes with basil, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper and mix thoroughly.
- Set aside for 1 hour to let marinate.
- Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions and set aside.
- In a large skillet heat butter then stir in wine and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling add heavy cream and Parmesan then let simmer to desired consistency.
- Add in pasta and marinated tomatoes and stir until pasta is completely coated in sauce.
- Cook shrimp and add it to the mixture then sprinkle cheese on top and melt it.
