How To Make Kansas City Style Crockpot Ribs

Fill your stomach with tender and easy-to-make barbecue crockpot ribs for lunch or dinner.

  • 2 cups barbecue sauce, preferably Kansas City-Style
  • 2 lb baby back ribs, or spare ribs, trimmed
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt and ground black pepper, to taste

For Serving:

  • 5 oz french fries
  • 5 oz asparagus, grilled


  1. Mix barbecue sauce, oil, and broth in a mixing bowl.

  2. Pour the mixture into the crockpot and place the ribs, make sure it's all coated with the sauce, cover, and cook for 6 hours.

  3. Once done, serve hot together with french fries, grilled asparagus, and remaining sauce.
