Chicken Livers With Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 celery stalks chopped
  • 1/2 pkg baby carrots sliced
  • 2 lb chicken livers halved
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb potatoes quartered
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg dry onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Place vegetables at the bottom of crockpot. 

  2. Cook chicken livers in a skillet with vegetable oil.

  3. Place livers over vegetables. Cover with soup.

  4. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix.

  5. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. Serve.
