Here is a great crockpot recipe for anyone who enjoys a hearty meal. The chicken livers will taste extra tender after cooking them in the crockpot.

How To Make Chicken Livers With Vegetables

  • 6 celery stalks (chopped)
  • 1/2 pkg baby carrots (sliced)
  • 2 lb chicken livers (halved)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb potatoes (quartered)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
  1. Place vegetables at the bottom of crockpot. 

  2. Cook chicken livers in a skillet with vegetable oil.

  3. Place livers over vegetables. Cover with soup.

  4. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix.

  5. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. Serve.
