How To Make Potato Wedges In Air Fryer

Enjoy potato wedges that are golden and crisp on the outside and tender on the inside without all the oil when you have this easy air fryer recipe.

Cooking: 30 minutes
Total: 35 minutes



  • 2Russet potatoes,medium, cut into wedges
  • tspsolive oil
  • ½tsppaprika
  • ½tspparsley flakes
  • ½tspchili powder
  • ½tspsea salt
  • tspground black pepper


  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.

  2. Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Add olive oil, paprika, parsley, chili, salt, and pepper and mix well to combine.

  3. Place 8 wedges in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.

  4. Flip wedges with tongs and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining 8 wedges.
