How To Make Air Fryer Plantain Chips

- 2 ripe plantains
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Peel the plantains and slice them into thin rounds.

In a bowl, toss the plantain slices with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.

Place the seasoned plantain slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the plantain chips are golden brown and crispy.
