How To Make Air Fryer Oven Pork Jerky Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork loin, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).

  2. Place pork slices in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.

  3. Preheat the air fryer oven to 160°C (320°F).

  4. Remove the pork slices from the marinade and pat them dry with paper towels.

  5. Place the pork slices in a single layer on the air fryer oven racks, making sure they don’t overlap.

  6. Cook the pork slices in the air fryer oven for 3-4 hours, or until they are dry and crispy. Flip the slices midway through cooking.

  7. Once cooked, remove the pork jerky from the air fryer oven and let it cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
