Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Make a slit along the side of each chicken breast to create a pocket.

  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese and spinach mixture.

  5. Wrap a slice of bacon tightly around each stuffed chicken breast.

  6. Place the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.

  7. Cook in the air fryer for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
