All you need is a trusty air fryer to make this copycat Five Guys cajun fries at home. The flavorful side takes just 45 minutes to make.

Ingredients

  • 568 g white potatoes, peeled into chips
  • ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cajun spice
  • 2 tsp Mexican seasoning
  • 1 tsp mixed spice
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the peeled potatoes into a medium sized bowl, cover it with cold water and soak in the fridge for 15 minutes.

  2. Season the potatoes thoroughly, also add the olive oil and mix with hands until the French Fries are well coated. Place the French Fries in the Air Fryer.

  3. Cook for 10 minutes at 320 degrees F. Give it a shake and cook for a further 5 minutes at 400 degrees F in order for them to become crispy.

  4. Serve.
