  • Olive oil spray
  • 6pork chops,¾-inch thick center cut boneless, fat trimmed (5oz each)
  • tspKosher salt
  • 1large egg,beaten
  • ½cuppanko crumbs,check for gluten-free label
  • cupcornflakes crumbs,crushed
  • 2tbspparmesan cheese,grated, omit for dairy free
  • tspsweet paprika
  • ½tspgarlic powder
  • ½tsponion powder
  • ¼tspchili powder
  • tspblack pepper


  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 12 minutes and lightly spray the basket with oil.

  2. Season pork chops on both sides with ½ teaspoon of kosher salt.

  3. Combine panko, cornflake crumbs, parmesan cheese, ¾ teaspoon of kosher salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder and black pepper in a large shallow bowl.

  4. Place the beaten egg in another. Dip the pork into the egg, then crumb mixture.

  5. When the air fryer is ready, place 3 of the chops into the prepared basket and spritz the top with oil.

  6. Cook for 12 minutes turning halfway, spritzing both sides with oil. Set aside and repeat with the remaining.
