How To Make Air Fryer Garlic Knots
Grab a bite of these flavorful garlic knots! They make delectable appetizers for big parties, and are all cooked easy in the air fryer.

Ingredients
- Olive oil spray
- 1cupall purpose flour,or white whole wheat flour
- ¾tspkosher salt,less for table salt
- 2tspbaking powder
- 1cupfat free Greek Yogurt,drained of any excess liquid, like Fage
- 2tspbutter
- 3garlic cloves,chopped
- 1tbspparmesan cheese,grated
- 1tbspfresh parsley,finely chopped
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 325 degrees F.

In a large bowl combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, then whisk well.

Add the yogurt, then mix with a spoon until incorporated.

Knead with dry hands about 15 times. Add more flour as needed, then roll into a ball.

Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces, then roll each piece into worm like strips, about 9 inches long.

Tie each breadstick into a “knot-like” ball; then place in the air fryer. Spray the top with olive oil.

Set the air fryer for 11 to 12 minutes.

Cook in batches without overcrowding for 11 to 12 minutes, or until golden.

Let them cool for 5 minutes.

In a medium nonstick skillet, melt the butter.

Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes, until golden.

Toss the knots in the skillet with the melted butter and garlic.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, serve, and enjoy!
