Ingredients

  • 1 package of frozen chicken tenders (about 1 pound)
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.

  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Dip each frozen chicken tender into the breadcrumb mixture, coating it evenly.

  4. Place the coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket, without overcrowding.

  5. Lightly spray the chicken tenders with cooking spray.

  6. Cook the chicken tenders in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.

  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
