How To Make Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

Try an effortless yet delicious side with these air fryer baked potatoes simply seasoned with olive and salt. They take 5 minutes to prep!

  • 4russet potatoes,medium
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • kosher salt,to taste


  1. Scrub potatoes with water and dab dry. Poke each potato with a fork several times.

  2. Generously rub with oil and season with salt.

  3. Place potatoes in the air fryer at 390 degrees F (no need to preheat).

  4. Cook for 25 minutes, turn potatoes over, and cook for an additional 20 to 30 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.

  5. Serve with desired toppings.
