How To Make Air Fryer Bacon-Burger Bites
Air fryer bacon-burger bites are an all-new take on sliders! Enjoyed on a stick minus the burger buns, here’s a delicious wonder created by air frying!

Ingredients
- 2lbs90% beef
- 4ozcenter cut raw bacon,minced
- 2tbspyellow mustard
- ½tspkosher salt
- ½tsponion powder
- ¼tspblack pepper
- 1headbutter lettuce
- 30cherry tomatoes
- 3jalapeno,sliced in thin slices, optional
- 30dill pickle chips,or slices
For Optional Dipping:
- ketchup
- mayo
- yellow mustard
Instructions

Using your hands, gently mix together the beef, bacon, mustard, salt, onion powder, and pepper.

Form into 30 (golf ball size) balls.

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F. Working in batches arrange burgers in a single layer.

Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes for medium, flipping halfway to your desired doneness

Place each burger on skewers with lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes and serve with dipping sauces.
