A hearty and refreshing drink good for hot summer days, this batido fruit shake is made with papayas, oranges, and bananas! Not to mention it’s dairy-free!

- 1½cupsfresh papaya,chilled
- 1mediumbanana
- 2cupsfresh squeezed orange juice,from 1½ navel oranges
- Squirt of lime,optional
- ice,crushed, optional
Instructions

Squeeze the orange juice and set aside.

Place the cut up papaya, banana and fresh orange juice into the blender and blend until smooth.

If you wish you can squeeze some fresh lime juice.

Serve over ice or keep chilled in the refrigerator.
