These pumpkin pie milkshakes are a lighter version of the richer shakes, but they still keep all their goodness! Serve up a cold glass in just 5 minutes.

  • 1cuplowfat milk,or almond or soy milk
  • ½cupGreek yogurt,plain low fat
  • ½cuppumpkin puree
  • 1ripe banana,cut into chunks and frozen
  • 1tbsphoney
  • 1tsppumpkin pie spice
  • ½tspground cinnamon
  • ½tspvanilla extract
  • 1cupice cubes

Instructions

  1. Pulse the milk, yogurt, pumpkin puree, banana, honey, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and ice cubes together in a blender until smooth.

  2. Add extra ice cubes if desired, serve, and enjoy!
