  • caramel syrup
  • 4cupsvanilla ice cream
  • cupmilk
  • 6tbsppumpkin pie filling
  • 1tbspbrown sugar
  • 1tsppumpkin pie spice
  • orange food coloring,optional
  • whipped cream
  • sprinkles


  1. Begin by drizzling caramel syrup down a cup and freezing until adding the ice cream.

  2. Add ice cream, milk, pumpkin pie filling, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice (and orange food coloring if desired) to a blender. Blend until combined and smooth.

  3. Pour into the caramel-drizzled cups and top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
