How To Make Fruited Yogurt Shake

A quick and easy shake recipe that would surely leave you wondering why haven't you done this sooner! A refreshingly smooth shake with that depth of flavor, all thanks to the low fat yogurt. This recipe is versatile that it blends easily with the addition of bananas or strawberries – or both!

Ingredients

  • 3 cup milk, cold fat free
  • 1 pkg. Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free, Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 8 oz. plain low fat yogurt
  • 1 cup ice, crushed
  • 1 medium banana, cut in chunks

Instructions

  1. Pour milk into blender container.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; cover.
  3. Blend on high speed 1 minute or until smooth.
  4. Serve at once or refrigerate and stir before serving.
  5. Mixture thickens as it stands.

  6. Thin with additional milk, if desired.
