Ginger Peach Mold Recipe

This recipe calls for peaches, ginger, and the bubbly taste of ginger ale.

How To Make Ginger Peach Mold

  • 6 oz. orange Jell-O
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 14 oz. a little less than ginger ale
  • 1/2 cup peaches (thinly sliced I use canned, cut into pieces)
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
  2. Add ginger ale–I pour the ginger ale into an 8×8 pan for a while to let it get a little flat; otherwise the Jello-O will foam up when you add it.
  3. Chill until slightly thickened. Add peaches and put in 1 1/2 qt. mold. Chill until firm.
  4. Un-mold and serve with whipped cream flavored with the ginger.
