How To Make Citrus Jell-O® Salad

Light, smooth, and velvety, this citrus jell-o® salad is made with orange juice and grapefruit topped with creamy whipped topping-mayonnaise dressing.

Ingredients

  • 6ozorange flavored Jell-O® mix,(1 package)
  • 2cupsboiling water
  • 1cupcold water
  • 1cuporange juice
  • 15ozred grapefruit,(1 can) drained
  • 11ozmandarin oranges,(1 can) drained
  • 8oznon-dairy whipped topping,(1 container) frozen, thawed
  • 8ozmayonnaise,(1 jar)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl, stirring for about 3 minutes; mix cold water and orange juice into gelatin.

  2. Pour gelatin mixture into a glass serving dish. Stir red grapefruit and mandarin oranges into mixture and refrigerate for about 4 hours until set.

  3. Whisk topping and mayonnaise in a bowl until smoothly combined.

  4. Serve gelatin salad with a spoonful of dressing over each portion.
