
How To Make Citrus Jell-O® Salad
Light, smooth, and velvety, this citrus jell-o® salad is made with orange juice and grapefruit topped with creamy whipped topping-mayonnaise dressing.

Ingredients
- 6ozorange flavored Jell-O® mix,(1 package)
- 2cupsboiling water
- 1cupcold water
- 1cuporange juice
- 15ozred grapefruit,(1 can) drained
- 11ozmandarin oranges,(1 can) drained
- 8oznon-dairy whipped topping,(1 container) frozen, thawed
- 8ozmayonnaise,(1 jar)
Instructions

Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl, stirring for about 3 minutes; mix cold water and orange juice into gelatin.

Pour gelatin mixture into a glass serving dish. Stir red grapefruit and mandarin oranges into mixture and refrigerate for about 4 hours until set.

Whisk topping and mayonnaise in a bowl until smoothly combined.

Serve gelatin salad with a spoonful of dressing over each portion.
