Ingredients
- 1 egg white, unbeaten
- 8 cup granulated sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp water, cold
- 2 egg whites
Instructions

Put all ingredients in top of a double boiler.

Put over boiling water and beat with a rotary beater for seven minutes.

Remove from fire and beat until thick. Use immediately
