Whipped cream is a great addition to any dessert. This recipe makes a stabilized version that uses cream cheese to ensure that it doesn’t melt quickly.

  • 8ozcream cheese,softened
  • 1cuppowdered sugar
  • 1tbspvanilla extract
  • 2cupsheavy cream

Instructions

  1. Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar to your stand mixer at medium speed for 1 minute until stiff peaks form. Remove from stand mixer and set aside.

  2. Add the heavy cream and vanilla to the stand mixer and beat on high speed until soft peaks form.

  3. Add in the cream cheese mixture and beat on medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes, until creamy.
