Nothing goes better on a chocolate cake than peanut butter frosting. This is my family’s favorite birthday treat!
How To Make Peanut Butter Frosting
A decadent peanut butter frosting, which goes exceptionally well with chocolate cakes.
- In a large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat peanut butter and butter (or margarine) until light and fluffy.
- Gradually beat in sugar, alternately with milk until frosting is a good spreading consistency.
- Beat in vanilla extract.
- This makes enough frosting to frost one 13x9x2-inch cake.
