How To Make Mint Frosting

Ingredients
- 6cupspowdered sugar
- 1½cupunsalted butter,softened
- 1tspmint extract
- 6dropsgreen food coloring
- ¼cupmilk,additional if necessary
Instructions

To a stand mixer, add the powdered sugar, butter and mint extract, then whip on medium speed until light and fluffy.

Add in the milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the frosting can be spread easily with a spatula.

Add in the food color until it reaches the desired green color, one drop at a time, while on medium speed.
