How To Make Mascarpone Filling

  • 1stickunsalted butter
  • 1ctrmascarpone cheese
  • 3cupsconfectioners’ sugar
  • 1tsppure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the butter until smooth. Beat in the mascarpone cheese until combined. Add the sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth.

  2. Refrigerate the filling for about 2 hours until it is slightly firm.

  3. Use as desired and enjoy.
