Lavender Sugar Dipped Wafer Cones Recipe

These elegant herb-scented cones taste great with French vanilla ice cream.


Make a colorful cone with this lavender sugar dipped wafer cones for your favorite summer food, ice cream!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tbsp dried lavender buds
  • 4 oz white chocolate
  • 4 waffle cones
  • French vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Combine the sugar and lavender in a food processor or blender.

  2. Grind until finely ground.

  3. Add the rest of the sugar.

  4. Stir and store in a tightly covered container for at least 3 days.

  5. Pour lavender sugar in a shallow dish.

  6. Melt white chocolate, dip cones into the melted white chocolate, and then dip the cones into the lavender sugar.

  7. Set onto a baking sheet lined with waxed paper or parchment.

  8. Let set about 20 minutes, then fill with ice cream.
