How To Make Fresh Whipped Cream Topping
This recipe for fresh whipped cream is so easy, it cannot be simpler. One benefit of whipping your own is to tune the sweetness specifically how you would want it. You'll never look at store-bought whipped cream the same way again.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whipping cream, chilled
- 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Pour cream in to a glass or metal bowl and beat until soft peaks form gradually add powder sugar until all has been blended and then add vanilla slowly until it has also been blended .
- Mixture should have stiff peaks.
- The whipped cream may be put into a pastry bag and used for that added effect.
