How To Make Mint Oreo Chip Cookies
Ready in just 20 minutes, these easy-to-make Mint Oreo Chip Cookies are deliciously soft, sweet, and minty chocolatey treats with oreo chunks in between!

Ingredients
- 1cupbutter,softened
- 1½cupssugar
- 2large eggs
- 2tspmint extract
- ½tspsalt
- ½tspbaking soda
- 2cupsflour
- 3dropsblue food coloring
- 10dropsgreen food coloring,plus more if needed
- 16Oreo cookies,crushed into chunks
- ½cupchocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add the butter, sugar, and cream in a stand mixer, and beat on medium speed for about 1 to 2 minutes until light and fluffy.

Add in the eggs and mint extract, then beat until well combined.

Sift the flour, salt, and baking soda into a medium bowl, then add to the stand mixer on the lowest speed setting.

Add in the food coloring, then mix until evenly colored. Using a spatula, fold in the Oreos and chocolate chips.

Add 2 tablespoon-sized balls of cookie dough to a baking sheet.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Do not let the cookies brown.
