How To Make Mint Oreo Bark
Whip up a no-bake treat with this mint Oreo bark, made with a cooling effect in every sweet white chocolate bite, and packed with cookie chunks for crunch.

Ingredients
- 12ozwhite chocolate chips,or melting disks
- 3dropsgreen food coloring
- ½tspmint extract
- 16Oreo cookies,broken into thirds
Instructions

Line a 15×10-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

Add the white chocolate chips to a large glass bowl. Microwave on half power until melted, stirring every 30 seconds.

Stir in the food coloring and mint extract until well combined.

Remove as much of the crumbs from the Oreos as possible. Fold in the Oreo chunks, then pour onto the baking sheet.

Use 1 spoonful of white chocolate to drizzle over the tray.

Refrigerate until set for 30 minutes.

Break into chunks, serve, and enjoy!
