How To Make Graham Moist Lemon Bars

Sink your teeth into these indulgent lemon bars, made on a crunchy graham crust and packed with a creamy, sweet tangy filling, for a tasty treat!

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 45 minutes
Total: 55 minutes



  • cupsgraham cracker crumbs
  • 7tbspbutter,softened
  • 2tbspwhite sugar
  • 5eggs
  • 3cupswhite sugar
  • 6tbspall purpose flour
  • ½cuplemon juice
  • cupconfectioners’ sugar,for decoration


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, softened butter or margarine, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Press the mixture onto bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.

  3. Bake for about 20 minutes.

  4. Beat the eggs, sugar, flour, and lemon juice.* Pour the mixture over the hot graham cracker crust

  5. Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. Dust the top with confectioners’ sugar. After cooling, cut into squares. Enjoy!
