
How To Make Weekend Sausage and Swiss Scramble
This sausage and Swiss scramble is what weekend brunch dreams are made of. Creamy eggs are made savory with veggie patties for a filling dish.

Ingredients
- 3veggie sausage links
- 6eggs
- cupmilk,fat free
- ¼cupgreen onions,sliced
- ¼tspthyme leaves,or dillweed, dried
- ¼tspsalt
- tsppepper
- 1tspbutter,or margarine
- 2ozswiss cheese,fat free
- 1tbspgreen onions,sliced, optional
Instructions

Place links in nonstick skillet. Add ¼-inch water.

Cook, uncovered, over medium heat until water evaporates. Remove links from skillet.

Diagonally slice. Wipe skillet out with paper towel.

In medium bowl beat together eggs, milk, onions, thyme, salt, and pepper,

In same skillet melt butter, tilting to coat pan. Add egg mixture.

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until set.

Sprinkle with links.

Top with cheese.

Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts.

Sprinkle with additional sliced green onions, if desired.
