  • 1tspseasoning sauce,(such as Maggi®)
  • 1tspsriracha sauce,or to taste


  1. Whisk eggs, peanut butter, ginger, garlic, seasoning sauce, and sriracha sauce together in a small bowl.

  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture; cook and stir for about 5 minutes until scrambled and firm.
