How To Make Scrambled Egg Sandwich

Simple and easy-to-make egg sandwhich biscuit with egg and mozarella cheese perfect for breakfast or snack.

  • 10 eggs
  • 10 biscuits (halved, cooked)
  • 10 slice mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt and pepper
  1. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

  2. Pour into skillet; cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are completely cooked.

  3. Place cheese slices on bottom half of biscuits, spoon eggs over cheese.

  4. Top with the other half of the biscuit.

  5. Serve immediately.
